Our Story
Born in the city of Bogota, Colombia, I lived a childhood between city life and natural landscapes. As a teenager I moved to the United States and embarked on a journey of self discovery that ignited my passion for plants and the environment. Now a proud mom to an adventurous 8 year old, I hold a degree in Environmental Landscape Management Technology, with a keen focus on habitat restoration and regenerative landscaping.
Having lived in Portland for over a decade, I’ve been inspired by the community’s commitment to protect pollinators and enhance residential landscapes.
We believe in restoring our connection to nature by bridging the gap between our urban boundaries and the natural world. We empower people to shift from high maintenance, resource intensive landscaping, to self-sustaining ecosystems that align with nature’s cycles - no matter where you live.
